    Baby Donations Drive NEXT WEEK! 

    Moms Together and E-Moms will be collecting items for Grace Pregnancy Resource Center in Nashville during their regular meeting time on February 8 from 9am-noon in The Barn. Items being collected include:

    Maternity Clothing

    Baby clothing up to size 24 months

    Pack-n-Plays

    Children’s Books

    Diapers, Wipes, Lotions, Shampoos and Powder

    Maternity Books including “What To Expect When You Are Expecting”

    Christmas Express

    We still have 200 kids that need to be sponsored at $40 per child and a significant need for volunteers who like to shop. To help a family in need this Christmas, click Christmas Express to sponsor a child and register to volunteer.

     

    Women At Rest

    Saturday, Dec. 3rd, 8:30-11:30am, Learning Center, Fireplace Lobby

    This is a time for women to draw into a place of intimacy with the Lord. This ministry seeks to help women develop the ability to hear God’s voice through Scripture, recognize the “still small voice” of the Holy Spirit, and see God’s hand in their daily lives.     Fellowship Women Announcements/Events 

    1. Help stock the Franklin Campus Children’s Ministry. Items needed:

    ·         Baby toys

    ·         Toddler toys

    ·         2 and 3 year old toys

    ·         Pre-K and Kindergarten toys (puzzles, play food, etc.)

    ·         Side by side double stroller

    ·         Children’s books

    Label items “Franklin Campus” and drop off in our Brentwood Learning Center rm. 141.

    2.  Love, Hope and Fashion fundraiser to help orphans in Cote D’Ivoire, West Africa.

    Friday, Sept. 30th, 7-9pm in the Worship Center

    Featuring Nicole C. Mullen and Christy Nockles

    3.      “Fun for Life” event  on Oct. 1st, that benefits the Hope Clinic for Women:

    We are preparing for the upcoming census and birth of our King and we would like to invite you to join us as citizens.

    Please mark your calendars for this fabulous event.  You will be able to sign the census, make crafts in the shops, eat in the marketplace, go on a walking tour of the city, and see Jesus in the Live Nativity.  
      
    3. LIFEWAY CHILDREN’S SHOPPING NIGHT

    Sign-up at your local Lifeway for a timeslot for your child to shop with a Lifeway Associate for family gifts! Purchase a gift card to send with your child and allow your child to purchase surprise gifts for his or her loved ones (like you!). The Lifeway Associate will even help your child wrap the gifts!!     Women’s Studies start next week!‏ 

    Fellowship Women’s studies launch next week, so to those of you who have already registered, please know that we and your study leaders are busily and prayerfully preparing for you. We are eagerly anticipating all that God has for each of you this year!

    Catherine Hickem THIS SATURDAY

    Hello Sweet Mamas!

    I know that so many of you were blessed by hearing Catherine Hickem when she was here last fall, or were disappointed to have missed her. So, I thought I’d pass along the news that she is in town doing her seminar again this Saturday!  For only $15, it would be a great refresher and a great time to bring a friend.  Please tell them you are from Fellowship when you register, since they will give us a free set of Catherine’s Bible study DVD’s if we have 15 or more in attendance from Fellowship (which we can all check out to watch at home, or maybe do together sometime!).

    REMINDER! Women’s Kickoff This Friday Night 

    In the hustle and bustle of back to school, don’t forget to attend our exciting Women’s Kickoff this Friday night, 6:00-9:00pm in The Barn. This free event, which will feature a new musical drama, Women Who Dare to Believe, is our gift to you. Come eat, laugh, listen, and maybe even cry as you hear God’s heart for women throughout the ages and today!

    Also, the childcare deadline for studies has been extended through our launch this Friday, Aug. 13th so if you haven’t registered yet, you can do so at http://www.FellowshipNashville.org/women !

    Don’t Forget! 

    Moms,
    Don’t forget to bring your kids a peanut free lunch for our extended meeting tomorrow.  Nancy Guthrie will bless us with her wisdom on Hope!  Trust me that this is something you will not want to miss!
    Also, don’t forget to throw your donation items in the back of your cars tonight to bring them to our meeting in the morning.  Once we are dismissed, go get your child, bring your car around to the back barn, and we will start unloading!
